De enkele “bijna”-stem erkende het nut van het hulpmiddel, maar trok de grens bij emotionele zekerheid, waardoor het cadeau ongeopend bleef en het vonnis net buiten bereik bleef hangen. Vonnis: “Een spreadsheet met suggesties is niet hetzelfde als een hart.”

Ruling: “A spreadsheet of suggestions isn’t the same as a heart.”
