Background
Current AI systems are not capable of experiencing emotions or physical sensations in the way humans do, so the concept of waiting nine months would not be applicable to them (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, May 9 2026). The current state of the art in AI focuses on processing and generating text, images, and other data, with no capability for physical actions or temporal experiences.
