As of 2024, no AI system can autonomously generate and execute a hostile takeover of a public company through algorithmic trading and deepfake communications. Hostile takeovers require multi-party coordination, regulatory filings, legal scrutiny, and human oversight, none of which are fully automatable by current AI systems.
