Stuff AI CAN'T Do

Can AI read a contract and feel where the trap is ?

What do you think?

Lawyers earn their fees on this. The clause that looks fine but in practice means something different in this jurisdiction with this counterparty.

Current AI systems can analyze contracts and identify potential issues, but feeling where the trap is in a contract requires a level of judgment and understanding that is still unique to humans. While AI can process and compare large amounts of data, including contract terms and conditions, it lacks the nuance and contextual understanding to truly comprehend the implications of a particular clause. AI can highlight potential risks and ambiguities, but human judgment is still necessary to interpret the results and make informed decisions. AI's ability to read and analyze contracts is improving, but it is not yet able to replicate human intuition and experience in identifying traps.
