After a brisk deliberation, the jury concluded that today’s AI systems already cross the finish line with stock-photo quality, delivering glossy, catalog-ready images at the click of a prompt. They found no real dispute: the tools are consistent, the outputs are commercially usable, and the bar has been met. With a single, unanimous voice, they declared the challenge conquered. Ruling: “If it looks like a catalog and sells like a catalog, then it is a catalog—case closed.”
